If you’re a Seahawks fan, you probably have a reliable hat or jersey for game days, but also, if you’re a Seahawks fan, the Super Bowl got you pumped full of endorphins, a chemical that tells your brain to buy something. So here’s where you can fulfill that command.
Simply Seattle
🌲 If you want new Seahawks gear and don’t want to go to one of the team-run stores on the Eastside or the stadium, Simply Seattle — with locations downtown, at Pier 54, and in University Village — should be your go-to. All the stores have great selections of retro and current hats, sweaters, and T-shirts.
Know before you go: Simply Seattle carries a ton of stuff from all Seattle-based teams (plus the WSU Cougs), so there’s something here for every sports fan.
Breakaway Vintage
🎽 This Capitol Hill shop caters to the fellas. The men’s section (helpfully color-coded) is on the ground floor, and there are a ton of jerseys to pick from — this is the place to go if you want a jersey and don’t want to pay $150 for a new one.
Know before you go: The other thing Breakaway has is a ton of pennants from all over the sporting world, perfect if you want to give your dorm room a splash of color.
Fremont Vintage Mall
🛍️ Head down the stairs to this retro, charmingly ramshackle vintage shop that has everything, from comics to records to, yes, at least a few pieces of Seahawks memorabilia. If I had $200 to drop on something, I’d consider the signed Kenny Easley jersey or the very choice vintage ‘80s sweater with art by Jack Davis.
Know before you go: Parking in the heart of Fremont is pretty much impossible, so I’d take the bus.
The Lemon Grove
🍋 This Pioneer Square spot sells everything you can think of, and that includes a sprinkling of Seahawks gear mixed in with other sports stuff.
Know before you go: The Lemon Grove doesn’t just sell clothes — if you’re here, check out the speakers and other audio equipment on offer.
