Emergency Services
- Call 9-1-1 for emergencies and track the King County Emergency website for updates.
- This mapping tool also lets you check evacuation levels near you.
Shelters and Financial Relief
- KUOW has a useful list of shelters. They also have this article for homeowners on getting financial relief after the flood.
- The Evergreen State Fair Park has opened up its grounds to livestock threatened by flooding.
Sandbag Locations
- King County has a list of free sandbag distribution locations and tips on how to fill and stack them effectively.
Fund Drives and Donations
- The Red Cross allows you to donate directly to Washington Flood relief. There are also ways to get help via their website.
- The Washington Secretary of State runs the Washington State Combined Fund Drive, which ensures donations go to organizations doing active work on the ground.
- The Whatcom Long Term Recovery Group has a fund you can donate to to help those specifically in Whatcom County.
- Help small farms via the Good Farmer Fund, a grant program from Neighborhood Farmers Markets that has previously provided over $790,000 to date to assist small farms facing disasters.
- Donate to the local affiliates for United Way through the Skagit County fund and the Lewis County fund.
